How Do Fat Dissolving Injections Work?

Once the area for treatment has been identified, the fat dissolving mixture is injected into the subcutaneous fat in a grid-like pattern. It then gets to work destroying the membranes of the fat cells, allowing them to absorb the PCDC. This causes the fat cells to become temporarily inflamed, harden, and burst, triggering them to release their contents. From there, the fat and cellular debris are broken down and eventually eliminated by the body’s natural responses

How Long Until I See Results?

It mayl take around 4 to 6 weeks to see the results. The results can last for an extensive amount of time, given that those patients receiving the procedure do not gain weight. What is The Downtime?

Swelling is to be expected, so going straight back to work isn’t advised. Rather, the recommendation is to ice the skin and rest. The swelling will usually go down within 48 hours but can take up to a week or two
